The Automated Cell Counter makes use of the method at Trypan Blue, with a powerful intelligent image recognition software tool and advanced optical imaging technology. The algorithm can identify both live and dead cells in 9 seconds.
Information such as cell number, viability and diameter can be obtained with one click.
The C100 and C100-Pro models, equipped with the additional fluorescence module, can simultaneously display images in the BF and FL channels and clearly present cell counts and morphology.
To meet the needs of cell therapy and biopharmaceuticals, the C100-Pro model’s data management system and software are fully compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
