Description
The DSC-400 and DSC-800 dissociators use tubes and kits for tissue processing and dissociation and integrated optimization programs for the preparation of single-cell suspensions and high-activity tissue homogenates. Preparation of single-cell suspension with high cell viability can be completed in 15-30 minutes, making experiments more reproducible. The 4/8 channels can work simultaneously and independently and can be equipped with heating jackets (which avoid long water baths and improve efficiency). In addition, customized work programs can be created and saved in the device’s memory. Main applications:
