Exploring the Frontiers of Veterinary Science: The XXIX AISAL Congress in Palermo
The vibrant city of Palermo will be the stage for the XXIXth AISAL Congress, to be held Sept. 28-29, 2023 at the University of Palermo, STEBICEF Department, Viale delle Scienze, Building 16, Mutolo Hall. This unmissable event offers a unique opportunity for professional development in the field of veterinary science.
Registration, at a subsidized rate, is open until August 1, 2023, and can be done directly at https://iscrizioni.aisal.org. The Congress, sponsored by the University of Messina and in collaboration with the Department of Veterinary Sciences, is now accredited as a refresher course under DM Aug. 5, 2021. This means that attending the Congress enables you to obtain the necessary credits to perform various professional functions and tasks.
The functions and tasks included in the refresher program cover a wide range of areas, providing 1 CFP for Function A, 7 CFP for Function B (Form 1, Form 9, Form 11, Form 50), 1 CFP for Function C, 1 CFP for Function D, 5 CFP for Task VD (Form 1, Form 9, Form 50), 5 CFP for Task RBA (Form 1, Form 9, Form 50), and 5 CFP for Task MS (Form 1, Form 9, Form 50). A highlight of the Congress is the Poster Session, open to abstracts that are exclusively scientific and non-commercial in nature. Abstracts must be submitted by September 9, 2023 to segreteria@aisal.org and must be written in English, with a maximum length of 300 words, excluding title, authors and affiliations. The size of posters accepted for display must be 70 cm x 100 cm, and the best poster will receive a prize of 300 euros.
As is customary, the proceedings of the Congress will be published in a journal with impact factor, contributing to the dissemination and sharing of the scientific results that emerged during the event.
