Equipped with a touch screen and preset programs, the MP-500 puller makes micropipette fabrication reproducible and simple. Quick and easy softening-point testing, easy heating filament replacement, humidity-controlled chamber, safe heating mode and diagnostic functions ensure clean, simple and reliable work. Applications:
- Patch-clamp experiments
- Microinjections in: Cells, C.Elegans, Drosophila, Zebrafish
- In vivo microinjection: ES cell, Nuclear Transfer, ICSI, Virus, Xenopus
Features:
- Preheating mode to maintain a controlled temperature and constant and stable pipette extraction.
