Ogni setup sperimentale è dotato di un sistema di recupero dei gas esausti a norma di legge in modo di garantire un ambiente sicuro e garantire la protezione dell’operatore. E’ possibile scegliere diversi tipi di macchine per anestesia e maschere per soddisfare le esigenze degli esperimenti sugli animali, come il modello di ischemia cerebrale e miocardica, il modello di osteoporosi, l’iniezione nella vena della coda, il prelievo di sangue dall’aorta addominale, il prelievo di sangue dal cuore, l’iniezione ventricolare, la rimozione di tessuti/organi e altri esperimenti di chirurgia animale. Ogni sistema di anestesia si compone di vari elementi a secondo delle rispettive necessità sperimentali e di quanto necessario o già presente nel laboratorio:

Carrello con ruote, supporto da tavolo, piantana con ruote, supporto low cost, etc.
Vaporizzatore (Isofluorano o sevorano) con carica di sicurezza EASY FILL
Colonna fluossmetrica O2
Scavanger (Fluovac) per aspirazione gas esausti
Filtri a carboni attivi che trattengono i gas esausti e vanno smaltiti al raggiungimento del peso stabilito (automaticamente indicato sullo scavanger)
Mascherine per chirurgia su tavolo operatorio con assorbimento dei gas esausti
Casetta di induzione anestesia con aspirazione attiva dei gas di scarico
Mascherine per stereotassico
Tappetino termico con controllo temperature tramite sonda rettale
Kit ferri chirurgici
Concentratore O2 che permette di evitare le bombole o costosi impianti idraulici, lavorare in sicurezza in bassa pressione. Si ripaga in breve tempo non dovendo più ricaricare le bombole.

Each experimental setup is equipped with a legally compliant exhaust gas recovery system so as to provide a safe environment and ensure operator protection. It is possible to choose different types of anesthesia machines and masks to meet the needs of animal experiments, such as cerebral and myocardial ischemia model, osteoporosis model, tail vein injection, abdominal aorta blood sampling, heart blood sampling, ventricular injection, tissue/organ removal, and other animal surgery experiments. Activated carbon filters that retain spent gas and must be disposed of when the established weight is reached (automatically indicated on the scavanger)

Thermal mat with temperature control via rectal probe
